The 911 call related to Demi Lovato's apparent overdose has been released.

"Demi is awake and with her family who want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers, and support", Lovato's rep told ET Canada in a statement.

A source told Entertainment Tonight Lovato was not partying alone before she was found unresponsive in her Los Angeles home. Right now, it is still unclear what Lovato may have taken to cause her medical emergency.

A senior law enforcement official told CNN that Lovato is at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

"F**k, I forgot the lyrics", she said, laughing.

"About how old is she?" the operator asked, and the friend refused to answer, saying: "We just need to get somebody out here".

"Sober" did not reveal the nature of Lovato's relapse.

"To the ones who never left me/ We've been down this road before/ I'm so sorry, I'm not sober anymore". "I had all the help in the world, but I didn't want it". Lovato finished the song by pledging to get help: "I'm sorry that I'm here again/I promise I'll get help/It wasn't my intention/I'm sorry to myself".

Brock Turner Appeals, Says He Only Wanted "Outercourse"
Multhaup also accused the jury of reaching their decision by "fill [ing] in the blanks", reports KNTV. He said the jury made "unreasonable inferences" that led to Turner's convictions.

In the recording from Tuesday, which was obtained by TMZ, the individual on the phone is heard asking the dispatcher to have the ambulance arrive "with no sirens, please".

"The entire floor is basically on lockdown with the rooms next to hers remaining vacant to give her the upmost privacy".

It's believed Demi will go to rehab when she leaves hospital. Because I've only, like, I sang at the Grammys with her once.

Lovato started as a child star on the series "Barney & Friends, " later breaking through as a teen on the Disney Channel film "Camp Rock" and the network series "Sonny With a Chance".

Her second album, "Here We Go Again", released in 2009. She will be leaving the hospital and heading straight to rehab. Rowland and Lovato were previously co-judges on The X-Factor in 2013.

This story was first published on CNN.com, "What Demi Lovato has said about sobriety and mental health". Pinksy added that easily the most important thing was for Demi to begin attending meetings as soon as she can. "She's been on a bad path for months and it seemed like this is where it would end up".

The five-man group, which also includes Asher Schwencke (Boomer), Jamal Muavae (JAMAL) and Aaryn Orchard (A.Z.A), are at the forefront of a new era of New Zealand hip hop, which they say is in rude health.

She last performed July 22 at the California Mid-State Fair in Paso Robles, Calif.
